Lions VS. Packers

Cowboys VS. Buccaneers:

This is my upset alert for the week. Jameis Winston has played well at home, and it could be tough for that Dallas offense to keep pace on the road with a Bucs team that has actually been able to put up points fairly well.

Panthers VS. Titans

Bears VS. Rams

Saints VS. Redskins

Dolphins VS. Eagles:

Okay, so I may or may not have already written 1,600 words about why I think Miami has a shot in this game, but here’s the gist of it. Philadelphia’s offense struggles immensely when it comes to capitalizing on the defense’s big plays. If Miami can establish the run on offense, they have a shot.

Browns VS. Steelers

Jaguars VS. Ravens

Vikings VS. Raiders:

Derek Carr is riding Jesus Christ straight to a wildcard spot. I am all aboard the hype train.

Patriots VS. Giants

Chiefs VS. Broncos

Cardinals VS. Seahawks:

BIRD GAME BIRD GAME BIRD GAME. I love bird games. This should be a great matchup, but Seattle’s home field advantage is too much to handle.

Texans VS. Bengals

Lions VS. Packers

Cowboys VS. Buccaneers:

The Cowboys haven’t won without Romo, and Winston has quietly turned his season around.

Panthers VS. Titans

Bears VS. Rams

Saints VS. Redskins

Drew Brees is singlehandedly good enough to lead the Saints to victory against one of the worst pass defenses in the league.

Dolphins VS. Eagles:

Browns VS. Steelers

Edge goes to the Steelers, who are being carried by a DeAngelo Williams who’s doing his best LeVeon Bell impression.

Jaguars VS. Ravens

The Jaguars passing attack is the best thing about this team, and their pass rush might be the worst. I’m expecting a shootout, but can’t see Ravens pulling it off without Steve Smith.

Vikings VS. Raiders:

Patriots VS. Giants

Not this time mother[expletive]s.

Chiefs VS. Broncos

The Broncos will be playing this game without one of their top cornerbacks. In a fortunate turn of events, the Chiefs will be playing without any wide receivers.

Cardinals VS. Seahawks:

Texans VS. Bengals

Lions VS. Packers

The Lions haven’t won in Lambeau since I was a baby. Sure, by many metrics I’m still a baby, but you get my point either way.

Cowboys VS. Buccaneers

Panthers VS. Titans

Bears VS. Rams

Todd Gurley is the savior of the Rams in the same way he’s the savior of fantasy teams across the nation. Their Defense ain’t half bad either.

Saints VS. Redskins

If the Saints’ Defense were a condom, well, there would be a lot more kids being born in Nola.

Dolphins VS. Eagles

Browns VS. Steelers

DeAngelo Williams has been great, and the Browns still have the worst run defense in the league. Starting Manziel over the surprisingly effective Josh McCown would also dampen the Browns’ offensive prospects.

Jaguars VS. Ravens

Vikings VS. Raiders:

Patriots VS. Giants

For the record, God wants the Giants to win, I’m just not sure he has the power to defeat this incarnation of the Devil.

Chiefs VS. Broncos

No Aqib Talib? No problem. Chris Harris and Bradley Roby are more than capable of shutting down the Chiefs’ “Wide Receivers”.

Cardinals VS. Seahawks:

Texans VS. Bengals

Brendan Haggerty (College Football Writer):

Indianapolis Colts v Jacksonville Jaguars

Lions VS. Packers

Packers are a good team. The Lions are not a good team. Actually, the Lions are a terrible, terrible team. Packers in a blowout.

Cowboys VS. Buccaneers

Panthers VS. Titans

Bears VS. Rams

The Todd Gurley train continues to rumble on. Bears just don’t have an answer on defense, and the offense without Matt Forte won’t be able to crack the Rams’ front seven.

Saints VS. Redskins

Dolphins VS. Eagles

Browns VS. Steelers

Jaguars VS. Ravens

Blake Bortles goes off on a terrible Ravens defense, sinking Baltimore’s playoff hopes once and for all.

Vikings VS. Raiders

Patriots VS. Giants

Patriots win again. Next.

Chiefs VS. Broncos

Cardinals VS. Seahawks:

This one is close, in the mid-20s, but I like the Cardinals’ offense more than I do the Seahawks’ defense this year.

Texans VS. Bengals

Drew Dekruyf (Miami Heat Coverage & “Sports Visionary”):

Lions VS. Packers

Cowboys VS. Buccaneers

Panthers VS. Titans:

I think the Panthers are due for a noticeable decline soon, but the Titans aren’t going to be much of a problem. Expecting Cam Newton to have a field day here.

Bears VS. Rams

Saints VS. Redskins:

Even though the Saints have won 3 of their last 4, I’m still not sold on the defense. I think the Redskins get solid production on the ground and the defense slows down Brees just enough to squeak out a win.

Dolphins VS. Eagles

Browns VS. Steelers

Jaguars VS. Ravens

Vikings VS. Raiders:

Oakland has had a good run so far this season, showing real promise and looking better than a .500 team. However, the Vikings’ defense looks to be fully healthy and ready to roll on Sunday. The Vikings need to stop barely getting by teams they’re better than, and I think with the Packers game looming they ramp up the intensity.

Patriots VS. Giants

Chiefs VS. Broncos

Cardinals VS. Seahawks:

If Seattle fails to enforce the run game (not a crazy thought against top-5 run defense), Russell Wilson is not the type of quarterback that is going to carry his team from a large deficit against a defense of Arizona’s caliber. I think the Cardinals get a resounding win here and push the Seahawks to the brink of the playoff picture, but I’m a hoops guy so what do I know?

Texans VS. Bengals
